1. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear written statement to the Merchant before the deadline expires.

2. How to declare withdrawal

A withdrawal declaration can be sent via office@elkomo.bg. The declaration should ideally include the order number, name, phone number, product, date of receipt, and preferred refund method, where applicable.

3. Return of goods

After declaring withdrawal, the customer must send or hand over the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which they informed the Merchant of the withdrawal.

4. Condition of goods

The goods must be returned in a resalable condition, with all accessories, documents, instructions, warranty cards, and original packaging, where reasonably possible. The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

5. Return costs

The costs of return shipping are borne by the customer, unless the Merchant has explicitly stated otherwise. Cash-on-delivery shipments to the Merchant are not accepted, unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Refund of amounts

In case of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Merchant shall refund the amounts received within the statutory period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, and may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until proof is provided that they have been sent. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including for goods made to the customer's order or customized to their individual requirements, as well as in other legally defined hypotheses.
