1. Legal Warranty

All consumer goods benefit from a legal warranty of conformity. For consumer purchases, the legal warranty is 2 years from receipt of the goods, unless otherwise stipulated by law for a specific case.

2. Commercial Warranty

Some products may have an additional commercial or manufacturer's warranty. It applies according to the manufacturer's or importer's terms and does not limit the consumer's legal rights.

3. How to file a claim

A claim can be filed via office@elkomo.bg. For faster service, please provide the order number, name, phone, description of the problem, date of detection, and attach photos, videos, or other evidence, where applicable.

4. Required documents

  • Proof of purchase or order number.
  • Warranty card, if provided.
  • Description of the non-conformity or defect.
  • Photos, videos, courier report, or service document, where applicable.

5. Review of claims

The Merchant reviews the claim and notifies the client of the next steps. If necessary, the product may be sent for inspection or service diagnostics. The deadlines and actions are determined according to applicable law and the specific case.

6. Possible solutions

In case of a valid claim, the client may be entitled to have the goods brought into conformity through repair or replacement, a proportional reduction in price, or termination of the contract and refund of the amount, when the legal conditions are met.

7. Transport damages

In case of visible damage upon delivery, the client should request a report from the courier and notify the Merchant as soon as possible. This facilitates the proof of transport damage and the processing of the case.
