1. Order Processing

Orders are processed upon receipt and after confirmation of availability, price, payment method, and delivery details. If clarification is needed, we contact the customer via the provided phone or email.

2. Delivery Methods

Delivery is carried out by courier to an address or a courier's office, where this option is available for the specific product and location. For bulky, heavy, or specialized products, delivery conditions may be specified individually before dispatch.

3. Delivery Times

The usual processing time for available products is 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or upon order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the courier and the address. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered within 30 days.

4. Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is calculated according to the courier's tariffs, address, weight, volume, and chosen delivery method. When the store offers free delivery or promotional conditions, these are explicitly displayed in the cart, at checkout, or in the promotional terms.

5. Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery, when active for the respective order and courier.
  • Bank transfer, when agreed upon or activated as an option.
  • Other methods shown at the finalization of the order.

6. Receiving the Shipment

We recommend that the customer inspect the shipment upon receipt in the presence of the courier. In case of visible transport damage, a protocol should be drawn up with the courier, and the Merchant should be notified as soon as possible.
